Thieves & Lemon Throat Support
Ingredients:
🧡7 drops YL Thieves Vitality Essential Oil
🧡1 Lemon, peeled and sliced
🧡Raw Honey
🧡4 oz. Glass Mason Jar
Directions:
1. Peel and slice a lemon. Add the lemon pieces to the mason jar.
2. Pour raw honey into the jar until the jar is full (around 10 tsp.)
3. Add Thieves Vitality essential oil and stir into the mixture.
4. Add 1 teaspoon of the mixture to a cup of warm water and drink. (Or simply eat the teaspoon of Thieves and Lemon infused honey.) Store the jar in the refrigerator.
