Being new to this business actually has HUGE advantages!  You have the opportunity to allow your family and friends to learn right along with you, to actually WATCH you fall in love with your oils and share in your excitement as you experience things for the first time.  Real, authentic, “OH MY, I NEED SOME OF THAT” excitement! You get to be vulnerable and honest with them and they get to be a part of it all. That is priceless! Your excitement and motivation is high, and your audience is fresh.  This is the time to throw your all into this business. Keep your momentum going and build an excited downline who repeats what you do. When you get to Silver, you will have a motivated downline pushing your business forward as you cheer them on and have a little more breathing room.

Ease your way into the business

1. Add yourself to our Enlightened Oilers Essential Oil Community and our Enlightened Oilers Brand Partner Community.

2. Enroll in Loyalty Rewards with 100PV or greater and be sure to set up your PV Assist.  Don't skip the PV Assist!!

3. Grab your personal enrollment link under the main menu section “YL Share.”

4. Share your experiences and stories with others. Don't try to sell them anything. It’s about them, not you. You are just sharing and leaving the door open for them to make the decision for themselves.  

5. Encourage ALL new customers you enroll to join our Enlightened Oilers Essential Oil Community and welcome them. 
   

Okay, so what if you’re not new to this?

That’s ok... challenge yourself every week to use an oil in a way that you never have before.  Share these experiences. Be real and be honest. You’re not going to love it all, but I bet you will love most of it.  This honesty is essential in building your brand and instilling trust in those who follow you. It does not matter when you started using your oils, you can start sharing and building anytime.  It is a mindset, and the choice is all yours.

If you truly focus on this, you will have a successful, thriving Young Living business. Sharing your experiences with others opens the door for them to share their stories and needs and wants with you. You can then help them make lifestyle changes to better their health and wellness. Once they find solutions to fill their needs, they will begin sharing their experiences with others.
