Personal Reflection
There has been a lot of information presented to you in the Business Foundations class and the Dream. Grow. Inspire Mentorship. It’s a lot to take in. It’s a lot to reflect upon. Reflection is key to growth. Are you ready to take stock of the changes you have gone through and the growth you have experienced since beginning this mentorship? What do you feel has changed since you began this journey? How has it evolved and grown?
Your momentum
Your why
Your faith in yourself
Your passion
Your motivation
Your confidence
Young Living changes us. The oils, the products, the people, the journey. Feeling of overwhelm or being stuck will creep in from time to time. Now you have the tools to push through those feelings and move toward empowerment! The struggles we go through make us stronger. The evolution to becoming stronger and more confident and truly, positively impacting the lives of others…these are blessings!
Dream. Grow. Inspire. was created to help you grow, stretch, and bring out the strengths, passions, and talents you may not have even known were within you.
How you felt when you just started this mentorship and how you feel now... do you see and feel a difference? Take a moment to reflect on it. Take it all in. You may get a mix of negative and positive feelings. That is okay. Take some time to feel into the negative to explore why you are feeling this way and figure out what you can do to address these feelings. If something negative comes up, it just means there’s a little more personal growth for you to experience in this area. Soak in all the positives that arise. Feel into them. Celebrate them. Celebrate YOU.
Reflect and Process What You Learned:
What was your biggest challenge during Dream. Grow. Inspire. and how did you overcome it?
If you are still struggling, how can we help you?
What do you think has been your biggest area of growth? How has this impacted you? Your members? Your business?
What do you feel has been the most valuable takeaway from Dream. Grow. Inspire.? Why?
Are there any topics you would like to learn more about (either things we have covered or things we may have missed)?
What are your next steps from here?
