Loyalty Orders

Young Living offers an amazing program called Loyalty Orders, an optional monthly box that you can customize to gradually build a wellness cabinet. Don’t panic! This loyalty order option isn’t scary at all! It’s incredibly flexible and it really is the best wellness box EVER!

• When you have an active loyalty order, you will receive wholesale pricing, a 24% discount, on all orders you place with Young Living!

• You choose the items you want to receive in each order. You can choose different items each month.

• You choose the date it ships, which you can change each month!  You get what you want, when you want it.

• You can skip months if you’d like.

• You have the ability to order discounted bundles like the NingXia Red, Thieves, and Personal Care bundles.

• You can earn loyalty rewards points on all loyalty orders of at least 50PV. The point values, or PV, for most items is a dollar equivalent, so in most cases, 50PV will be $50 in product.

Loyalty Rewards

Loyalty Rewards is the best part of the loyalty order program that provides the opportunity to earn reward points back (think: store credit) on your loyalty orders and loyalty reward gifts. These points can be accrued and redeemed for essential oils, supplements, and other Young Living products.

• To earn Loyalty Reward points, your loyalty order must be at least 50PV, which is basically $50.  

• You earn points on every loyalty order of at least 50PV that you place. To increase your earning percentage, place consecutive monthly loyalty orders of at least 50PV.

  • Earn 10% of your order’s product volume in points for the first three consecutive months, 20% for consecutive months 4-24, and 25% for 25 consecutive months.

  • If you do not place consecutive orders (ie, you skip months), your earning percentage will reset back to 10%.

• You also earn free LR bonus oils or products which vary with each monthly gift with purchase offering.

• Receive FREE loyalty gifts when you have placed consecutive monthly loyalty orders at these intervals: 3 months, 6 months, and 9 months.

• Receive a FREE Exclusive bottle of Loyalty Essential Oil Blend on your 12-month Loyalty Rewards Anniversary and an Annual LR Exclusive Blend each year thereafter.

PV Assist

Reaching your PV goal is easier than ever with the return of PV Assistant! Worried you might not hit your PV goals if your subscription order contains an out-of-stock item? PV Assistant automatically adds your pre-selected backup items to your monthly subscription order to help you meet your PV goal! Once your items are back in stock, this helpful feature will automatically revert your order back to the original subscription order. Opting into PV Assistant gives peace of mind on your subscription orders without having to monitor out-of-stock items and make last-minute substitutions.

Have to skip an order? No worries! PV Assistant won’t activate if you hit “Skip” or delete all products in your subscription for the month.

Here’s how to set up your PV Assistant:
1. Visit My Account and look under Subscriptions. PV Assistant is located next to the “Show All” option.

2. Under the PV Assistant Summary, activate the feature by clicking the button, which will turn green.

3. Set your PV goal amount to your desired PV order goal.

4. Add products that will at least meet your PV goal. When your PV total of products added is the same as your PV goal, you will see a checkmark. If you need to add more items, you will see an X.

5. Adjust your replacement product priority. PV Assistant will substitute items starting at the top of the list and moving to the bottom, so use the arrows to adjust which items you would be most interested in receiving as replacements for out-of-stock items. Only products available on subscription can be added.

There is no limit to how many products you can add to PV Assistant, so it’s recommended to choose several items over the limit to make sure you always hit your PV goal. You can always view the walkthrough images for an example of how to set up your PV Assistant. Once you’ve customized your settings, get ready to kick back, relax, and let the rewards of hitting your PV goal roll in!
