…a mom to three rambunctious boys, have a limitless passion for educating others about natural wellness, and have a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine. After working in the medical field for nearly 20 years, I decided to hang up my scrubs and spend more time with my family. In trading boardroom meetings for park play dates, I quickly realized my family needed better preventive care. Several health struggles later, I spend the majority of my time educating others on essential oils, natural remedies, and emotional health. In addition to a good glass of wine, my husband is my biggest supporter and confidant.
