When you decide to build a business, you need to commit to ordering 100PV per month to be eligible to earn commission. Bonus, 100% of that 100PV is a tax write-off for you because it is a requirement of earning commissions.  Because of this, you NEED to enroll in Essential Rewards with a minimum of 100PV per month. By being on Essential Rewards AND setting your PV Assist to a minimum of 100PV, you ensure that you will never lose out on commissions. Do not skip out on setting up your PV Assist!

In order for your upline (your sponsor, enroller, or anyone above them) to bless you with new members on your team (we will cover how this works in another post) to help you build your business, you must be enrolled in Essential Rewards with 100PV or more each month.  This shows us that you are committed to Young Living and committed to supporting the members placed in your care. If you choose not to enroll in ER, that's okay, just know that your upline will not place anyone on your team.
