Let’s talk about diffusers!

We wanted to kick off the most exciting time of the year by making diffusers a super great deal, as they are an easy to use item that also makes great gifts. And wow, you guys kicked it off WELL! We’ve sold through so many of the diffusers that were offered, meaning more diffusers in more homes and more oils being used. I’m so excited to see the momentum this has brought to the field!

I wanted to give you all a glimpse into our plan going forward.

Each of the sold out diffusers were limited time offerings from the beginning. Now that time has run its course:

• In the US, the Haven, Ember, Lustre, Lucia, and Feather sold out. You will continue to see the Desert Mist.

• In Canada, Haven, Ember, Lustre, Lucia have sold out. You will continue to see the Desert Mist and Feather.

Those diffusers that sold out will be retiring from their illustrious and aromatic careers to make way for a new lineup of diffusers sure to be your future favorites. Those that remain in stock like the Desert Mist diffuser will remain in our product lineup for a time. You will see it retire eventually, but that won’t be this week!

Going forward, I’m happy to share that we will be bringing you more competitive diffusers, from style to price point. Over time, you will see three categories of diffusers in our lineup: Good, Better, and Best.

Good: diffusers that are entry point and lower cost for the brand new person, and great for gifting.

Better: diffusers like Desert Mist that are more durable, cover a lot of space, and have more features.

Best: diffusers like our beloved Aria and the new Duet diffuser that are luxury, high-end, and powerful.

Investing into you, our Brand Partners and Customers, has never been more important. We have our pulse on the field and want to bring you the things that serve you and your businesses best.
