Celebrate Each New Rank You Achieve...

There are ONLY 9 of them!

It feels great when we achieve a new rank, and they are certainly an indication of how far we have come in our journey with the business side of Young Living. Ranks should be celebrated. Please, please, please do not get hung up on them. If taken too seriously, "ranking" can become a source of stress and comparison. There is no "One Size Fits All." Really, there isn't. Each person's journey is their own. One person may want Royal Crown Diamond and want it BAD. They may have a personal goal to reach the top in record time. That's awesome... we cheer that person on! Another person may want to reach the top, too, but at a much slower pace. Still, a third person may not even want to reach Royal Crown Diamond.... perhaps they are super content at Silver or Gold. Heck many members share just enough to get their oils paid for each month. There is no right or wrong in this. There is only what RESONATES FOR YOU! Be comfortable in what feels right for you and support others in what works for them.

Many times, we hear of a member who shot up in the ranks at an unprecedented rate, or at an incredibly young age, or with the least number of members on their team than any other. Those are amazing accomplishments, and most likely were specific goals those members had in mind. If you don't fit any of these categories, please don't let that discourage you. Here is a fun little tidbit: There are only NINE ranks in Young Living to reach the highest rank, Royal Crown Diamond. The AVERAGE monthly salary for an RCD is $141,851 (yes, we said monthly). Let's just say you climbed ONE rank per year, in just NINE short years, you could be earning over $140k EACH month. Imagine what you could do with that income to bless your family, your friends, and the charity and causes you hold most dear!

Now, let's say you've got your eye set on Gold, an average monthly income of $6,067. I've heard a lot of members say they could leave their jobs and live very comfortably on that. If you only advanced one rank each year, you could be earning over $6,000 per month in just five years. This is if you advanced just one rank each year. If you wanted to reach this goal sooner, you could totally do that. It all depends upon how much work you want to put in and how you strategize your goals.

We are showing you the rank qualifications and commission potential for each of the 9 ranks. However, for the purpose of "Dream. Grow. Inspire." we are only going to focus on Star, Senior, Star, and Executive where you create and solidify your foundation. We have found that breaking things down into smaller chunks help build understanding without sitting in a state of overwhelm. Ranks:

Each month you need to earn your rank for commission purposes. It resets back to zero each month.

At each level, you must have 100CV (customer volume, which can be reached using a combination of your orders and those of the customers on your level 1) to earn unilevel commissions.

Star - 500 OGV

Senior Star - 2,000 OGV

Executive - 4,000 OGV, 2 legs @1,000

Once you reach Silver, you must have 100PV (your personal order) and 1,000PGV in addition to the requirements listed below.

Silver - 10,000 OGV, 2 legs @ 4,000
Gold - 35,000 OGV, 3 legs @ 6,000
Platinum - 100,000 OGV, 4 legs @ 8,000
Diamond - 250,000 OGV, 5 legs @ 15,000
Crown Diamond - 750,000 OGV, 6 legs @ 20,000
Royal Crown Diamond - 1,500,000 OGV, 6 legs @ 35,000

Do you see those beautiful farms at the bottom of this Rank Qualification graphic? Each one of those is a farm you will visit on an all-expenses paid trip for your Silver, Gold, and Platinum retreats when you reach those ranks and maintain them for three consecutive months! Once you reach the rank of Diamond, the location of the retreat changes each and every year, and as long as you qualify at your rank of Diamond or above, you get to go on a new Diamond trip every single year. And, let me tell you, Young Living truly loves on you with inspiration and amazing gifts on these retreats!
