Commission
Remember, whenever you enroll someone with a Premium Starter Kit, you will earn the any applicable enrollment bonuses, like Fast Start. They are just that, BONUSES. Now it's time to take a look at commission... our residual income. This is what you will earn on the volume of the members in your downline. How much you earn depends upon where the members are in your downline and which rank you have achieved. Because we are focusing on the foundations, we are just going to cover commission to the rank of Executive.
Please note, the PV requirements have changed as of July 2021… For ranks all ranks up to Executive, you need to have 100CV (customer volume, which is volume calculated by adding your personal orders to the orders of the customers on you first level). Also, the the term “Distributor” has been replaced with “Associate.”
Unilevel commissions
Sponsor-based commission
You must have 100CV to qualify and earn commissions on your Downline.
Your personally sponsored members are your level 1. Their personally sponsored members are your level 2.
Unilevel commission percentages are based upon the level in which the members in your Downline reside. The Unilevel percentages are the same for all ranks in Young Living.
The higher your rank, the deeper in levels you earn commission. The deepest level of Unilevel commission is level 5.
Associate and Above gets paid on Level 1 = 8% commission
Associate and Above gets paid on Level 2 = 5% commission
Star and Above gets paid on Level 3 = 4% commission
Senior Star and Above gets paid on Level 4 = 4% commission
Executive and Above gets paid on Level 5 = 4% commission
If the member is still in their Fast Start period (their first 3 calendar months), their PV is reduced by 70%, so you are paid on the prorated 30% of their PV. Once the Fast Start period ends, you are paid commission on 100% of their PV.
