Young Living is so grateful to each and every one of us.  To express gratitude to members who share YL with others, they pay generous gratitude bonuses to show their appreciation. 


Starter Bundle Bonus

One time, $25 bonus paid to the enroller of a new member who purchased a Premium Starter Bundle in the same calendar month their account was set up.

  • Enroller also qualifies if a person converts from a retail customer to a wholesale member with the purchase of a Premium Starter Bundle.

  • You must have 100CV to qualify for this bonus if you are Associate through Executive. You must have 100PV to qualify for this bonus if you are Silver or above.


Fast Start Bonus

25% bonus on the personal volume (PV) of a new member who enrolls with the purchase of a Premium Starter Kit for the first three calendar months of their membership, up to $200 per month per new member.

  • A Premium Starter Kit has a value of 100PV, so that's a $25 bonus in addition to the Start Living Bonus. If the new member purchases additional items, the enroller earns 25% of those additional purchases as well. The bonus per month on each new member cannot exceed $200 (which means you earn 25% on up to 800PV of the member’s purchases each month for their first three months).

  • The month the member enrolls counts as their first month.

  • Any time one of your personally enrolled members enrolls a new member with the purchase of a Premium Starter Kit -OR- 100PV, you earn 10% commission on that new member for the first three calendar months of their membership.

  • Your personally enrolled member must have at least 100CV for you to receive this additional 10% commission bonus.

  • When this bonus is being paid on a new member, Young Living reduces the PV of that member by 70% for all other payable commissions.  

  • Once the three calendar months passes, commissions return to the normal unilevel commission schedule.

  • You must have 100CV to qualify for this bonus if you are Associate through Executive. You must have 100PV to qualify for this bonus if you are Silver or above.

Essential rewards bonus

UPDATE: THIS BONUS HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED.

  • 15 bonus when a new member enrolls in Essential Rewards at the time the enroll with a Premium Starter kit and include their Premium Starter kit on this first Essential Rewards order.

  • The new member must have a qualifying Essential Rewards order with a minimum of 100PV for two consecutive months for the enroller to earn this bonus.

Silver Bound Bonus & Bridge to Gold

The Silver Bound Program is designed to set you up for successfully building a strong foundation for your business that will help you as you climb the ranks to get to Royal Crown Diamond. Silver Bound provides a roadmap to structure your business for future success. It will instill an understanding of the minimum structure needed to get to Silver. Members who qualify will be rewarded with a cash bonus as each rank is achieved within the specified time frame and with the specified leg requirements. 

  • This bonus is only available for the following ranks: Star, Senior Star, Executive, and Silver.

  • Must meet rank requirements plus a small addition that sets you up to meet the next rank. This bonus program is gone over in detail in this video.
